Problem Opening Attachments

SYMPTOM

When trying to open an attachment in Outlook or Outlook Express, you get the error:

OE has removed access to this unsafe attachment

RESOLUTION

Open Outlook, click on Tools, then click on Options.

In the Options window, click on the Security tab. Clear the checkbox next to "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could be potentially a virus."
