We live extremely remote where there are no telephone lines and UPS is afraid to venture to but thank god for wireless internet and Sopris Surfers. Now I can check on the rest of the world if I choose to. Rosemary Ranck

Just wanted to drop you a quick note with a good comment. I wanted to recognize the work being done by one of your folks; Denny Hostetler. Denny has been working with me on the Center for Innovation website, and has done a tremendous job. He has been accessible, and immediately responsive to questions and issues, always with the best attitude, even when I am sure my requests sound pretty idiotic and repetitive. I work with a lot of companies, and rarely get that level of great treatment. Denny stands out as one of the best that I work with.

Just a short note to tell you about your wonderful tech support staff. It has been my experience that when dealing with other types of tech support they lack the competence, know how, English language, and/or professionalism that your staff has. I just wanted to let you know that your tech support is the best. More recently, when I spoke to Cyndy Stark about a problem with my connection, she was able to fix it in no time, knew what she was talking about and helped me out with my account. Kudos to Cindy Stark!!! J.C.
